Here’s a step by step guide to checking the whereabouts of your order.
First Log in to your account - you’ll need your email address and password to log in. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgotten Password feature and the system will generate you a new one and send it to your email address immediately.
Status of your order
From within My Account, click on Order Status to see the status of your order (eg whether your order is Pending, Processing or Shipped). The most recent order will be at the top.
Pending means your order has been received
Processing means that our customer service team has started working on your order
Shipped means your order has been collected by our couriers or lodged with Australia Post
You can check whether your order was shipped by Australia Post or E-go.com.au by checking our confirmation email.
Late Delivery
If your order has not been delivered in the expected time, there are a few things you can do:
- Check your letterbox for a redelivery card, which should be left by the driver if there is nowhere safe to leave the goods, or if it requires a signature
- Double check that the delivery address you provided is correct
- Look carefully to see if the parcel has been hidden in a safe spot by the driver
- Check if someone else at your delivery address may have accepted the goods on your behalf
- If it was shipped via Australia Post, check with your local post office
- If it was shipped via E-go.com.au, use the consignment number on your confirmation email to see the tracking information.
