How to order

Shopping online with us is easy, convenient and safe. Just follow these simple steps to check out and you’ll be enjoying your new products in no time.

 

  • Register as a new customer
  • Enter your details
  • Enter the delivery location
  • Enter any gift voucher details if you have them
  • Select your payment method, pay for your order and your goods will be delivered in no time!
 
 

We offer the following ways for you to place your order:


Online

 

Credit Card

VISA and Mastercard: Shop online with security and ease using the ANZ eGate payment gateway. We do not currently accept American Express or Diners Club. 

 

PayPal

We accept Paypal - if you do not have a PayPal account you can sign up for one at www.paypal.com.au.
 

Bank Transfer

You can make a bank transfer via internet banking or by going into your branch. Our bank account details are provided at check out and in the order confirmation email. Please note that it will take at least overnight for the payment to show in our bank account. Once the funds have cleared, your goods will be despatched automatically.
 

Over the Phone

You can call our office on (03) 9758 4558 from 9.00am until 5.00pm AEST, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).  To place your order, please have your VISA or Mastercard ready.
 

Snail Mail

You can mail your order and send payment if you wish via personal/bank cheque or Australia Post money order (please do not send cash). Please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days for payment clearance. Our mailing address is:

You can email us at hello@thinkaboutgroup.com.au for assistance with your order including tailored requests. A member of our team will contact you by phone to discuss your requirements.
 

In Person

You can place an order at our Melbourne showroom, though to keep our costs at a minimum, we do not have retail facilities such as an EFTPOS terminal. We
encourage customers to pre-order their goods online or over the phone before collecting their goods from the warehouse where possible, or you can order in person online in our showroom. You can pay Cash on Pick up from the showroom if you wish.  Please see the Contact us page for showroom opening times. 
 
Whatever payment method you use, goods will be despatched upon clearance of your payment. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Placement of an order constitutes the acceptance Think About Group policies.
