We want you to be delighted with your purchase, so if you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will gladly offer a refund or exchange (with the exception of perishable items, personalised items, DNA testing and gift vouchers). If you are in any way dissatisfied with the products you have received, or if you change your mind, we will happily organise a refund or an exchange for you, so long as the products returned are:
- Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging
- Undamaged
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
- In a saleable condition upon return
Refunds and exchanges will be to the initial value of the goods, not including freight, unless it has been our error.

Refunds
We can process a refund either by:
- crediting your credit card, paypal or bank account that made the orginal purchase
- or providing a Gift Voucher which can be redeemed on any future thinkaboutgroup.com.au purchase and is valid for 12 months.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for the return. If you have received:
- a damaged product or the wrong product, we will be happy to refund both the product and postage charges
- a product that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be refunded.
If we have sent you the wrong product, it must be returned in a saleable condition in its original packaging so please check your order carefully when you receive it.
Exchanges
You can exchange the product for another product, so please call us on (03) 9758 4558 to arrange an exchange.

Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any packaging or product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with our customer service team.
