Gift voucher info

 

 

Gift vouchers make a great gift for friends and family, so they can choose the product that best suits them.  Whether it's for a birthday, Christmas or general gift, you can choose to send a gift voucher by email direct to the recipient.

 

All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue (not the date they are given to the recipient). The expiry date is clearly marked on each voucher. If vouchers are not used before the 12 month period expires, the funds on the gift voucher will be lost and will not be redeemable. We recommend checking to make sure that the gift voucher has not landed in the recipient's junk mail box by telling them you have purchased a voucher for them and checking to see they have received it.

• Think About Group Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase items featured on any of our sites and can be used towards the order total (including shipping). 
• We cannot be responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission so please keep it somewhere safe. 
• To redeem a voucher, the recipient will take their unique gift voucher code and enter it when prompted at the checkout. 
• If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any gift voucher balance will be held against your account at Think About Group.
• If the goods purchased exceed the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by credit card, debit card, or paypal when the gift voucher is redeemed.

You can only buy a gift voucher with a credit card, debit card or paypal. It is not possible to buy a gift voucher with another voucher.

 

If your gift voucher code isn't working, double check the voucher code which is case sensitive so please check you have your caps lock off and try again. Alternatively, you can contact us by emailing hello@thinkaboutgroup.com.au.

 

If you lose your gift voucher, please contact the person who gave you the voucher and ask them to reissue you with the voucher code. They can find the voucher code under the 'My Account' section. Or you can call us on (03) 9758 4558.

 

You can use the Gift Voucher on any Think About Group store, and you can use it on more than one store.  For example, if you are given a voucher for $100, you can purchase a $50 trike from thinktrikes.com.au then a $35 pram rain cover from thinkprams.com.au and you would still have $15 to come back and use on any store, as long as you use it before the 12 month expiry date.

 

Gift vouchers are transferrable, so anyone can use a gift voucher for purchases made from Think About Group stores provided they have a valid voucher code.  For this reason you need to keep your voucher secure.

 

You can use more than one gift voucher in a single transaction - you will have the option of adding a series of voucher codes if necessary. You can also add a combination of one or more gift vouchers and a credit/debit card/paypal/bank transfer payment.

 

You can also use your gift voucher as part payment towards an order alongside a credit/debit card/paypal/bank transfer payment.  You will need to apply the voucher code first, followed by your credit/debit card/paypal/bank transfer payment details for the outstanding balance.

 

If you purchase an item that is less than the value of your gift voucher, the remaining balance will appear as a credit in your online account and will be used by default towards your next purchase. Please be aware that we will automatically use this credit the next time you purchase an item from a Think About Group store; you will not have the option to pay in full using a credit/debit card.

If you paid for an order with a gift voucher and now want a refund, refunds will be made by the same method with which they were originally paid. If you paid the full amount with a gift voucher, the refund will be credited to your thinkaboutgroup.com.au account to be used towards your next purchase with us. If you paid with a combination of gift voucher and credit/debit card, your payment card will be refunded first (up to the amount originally taken), and the remainder will be refunded to your thinkaboutgroup.com.au account to be used towards your next purchase with us.
